JOB DESCRIPTION

Thrive in a fast-paced environment? Love delivering impactful projects across finance systems and services?

We need someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and knows how to get things done. If you're energised by delivering multiple projects and making a real difference to the NHS in the finance space — we’d love to hear from you.

With deep expertise in service and system implementations within Accounting to Reporting (A2R) / Record to Report (R2R), you'll lead solution management across Client Performance projects, ensuring best practices are applied and continuously improved. You'll also drive project delivery, oversee financials, and coordinate key collaborators to achieve successful outcomes.

Although this position is predominantly home-based, there will be national travel to client sites when required. Whilst we support home working wherever practicable, with several offices across the country, you are always more than welcome to head into your nearest office for the day if you need to see another smiling face!

We want you to fulfil your potential, while you’re supported, encouraged, inspired and empowered. After all, your success starts with your wellbeing. But we don’t believe in all work, no play. From buying extra annual leave days, to discounts on gym memberships, our leisure and lifestyle benefits offer savings and discounts to help you make the most of your downtime.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the design and delivery of business operations in A2R/ R2R.
  • Make sure all systems, processes, and tools are in place to support client outcomes.
  • Oversee smooth transitions from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to shape project scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Drive solution design and business case development to support sales and new opportunities.
  • Lead projects in complex, multi-partner environments with accountability for timelines and budgets.
  • Apply effective governance, risk management, and reporting during project lifecycles.
  • Champion processes, tools, and delivery methodologies across all engagements.
  • Conduct end-of-project reviews and support continuous improvement across teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of A2R or R2R processes.
  • Experience leading change initiatives aligned to business goals.
  • Ability to deliver process improvements or training solutions.
  • Superb communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
  • Collaborative working style with both internal teams and clients.
  • Confident user of Excel and other business tools.

It would be great if you had:

  • Understanding of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications (General Ledger/Reporting/EPM)
  • Experience working within NHS organisations.
  • Project Management or training qualification.

If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!

Security Clearance Level: DBS.
Internal Recruiter: Becky.
Salary: £45k- £60kpa.
