About SSCL

SSCL is a leader in providing critical business and resourcing services for the UK public sector. We partner with Government departments, Police and the Ministry of Defence across the UK. By specialising in both service delivery and transformation, we provide advisory and digital services as well as end-to-end HR and Payroll, Finance and Accounts, Procurement, Pensions Administration and Resourcing Services. Operating at size and scale since 2013, we've delivered over £950m of savings, providing more funds for front-line public services.

Our people
Our people have a unique blend of public and private sector experience. We help to deliver client plans and priorities, while making suggestions for efficiencies and improvements. Our services are tailored to unique needs, from high-level strategic thinking to everyday service delivery where efficiency, value-for-money and service excellence come as standard.
We believe that if we do our jobs to the best of our ability, we can enable frontline prison officers, military personnel, environmental officers and the police do their jobs to the best of their ability, and keep the wheels turning on the services which touch so many of our lives in the UK.
