About us


SSCL is a leader in providing critical business and resourcing services for the UK public sector. SSCL partners Government departments, Police and the Ministry of Defence across the UK. By specialising in both service delivery and transformation, SSCL provides advisory and digital services as well as end-to-end HR and Payroll, Finance and Accounts, Procurement, Pensions Administration and Resourcing Services – improving the customer experience, enabling smarter public services, and releasing just under £300m in cost and efficiency savings to date.

Our people
With a 3,300 strong team of experts, our people have a unique blend of public and private sector experience, which means we’re well-placed to understand the needs of your organisation. We can help you to deliver on your plans and priorities, while fitting into your ways of working. We can also make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements where needed. Our services are tailored to your unique needs, from high-level strategic thinking to help you shape your organisational direction, to everyday service delivery where efficiency, value-for-money and service excellence come as standard.
We believe that if we do our jobs to the best of our ability, we can enable frontline prison officers, military personnel, environmental officers and the police do their jobs to the best of their ability, and keep the wheels turning on the services which touch so many of our lives in the UK.
