Project Leader
Sopra Steria has enabled me to build a career for myself straight from leaving secondary school. I have worked my way up the corporate ladder from the lowest level and have had the opportunity to work on several projects and with a variety of clients, enabling me to learn new skills and develop my knowledge. The company has also supported me through my academic achievements. Going forward, I have the opportunity to apply for various training sessions which will aid in my job and further develop my career.

Junior Test Analyst
As a Tester, I find, raise and retest defects during the development of Scottish government farming systems. So far, I've been able to get training in various programming languages and customer service. I was also able to get my ISTQB foundation level qualification. In my experience of Sopra Steria, the people here have been good at providing me with the support I need to perform my job, as well as being very understanding whenever I've made a mistake. I'm currently working towards my second promotion here.

Senior Project Management Officer (PMO)
In my role, I work closely alongside project/delivery managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. I chose to work for Sopra Steria as the company values align with my own and because there is a structured career path available for progression. What makes Sopra Steria a great place to work for me is the family-like community. The employees at Sopra are always happy to support others where possible and this makes networking extremely easy! There is also a great pool of resources available.
