We pledge

We live our values every day and always treat each other with respect and empathy. We help each other understand what is and isn't acceptable and we apologise when we get it wrong. We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind.

We learn

We have training each year to maintain all colleagues' knowledge on diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition, we have focused training for people managers, hiring managers, and recruiters.

We mentor

To increase representation at all levels of our organisation, we run structured mentoring programmes every year for our female, and black and ethnic minority colleagues to support with career development.
