Employee Networks

Women Our women’s network has been running for over two years and currently has over 140 members, UK wide. We have organised events in over 10 sites including workshops, guest speakers and International Women’s Day events.

Disability We support people with disabilities whether they are physical or mental. A platform has been created for people with disabilities to share experiences and good practice, and to examine challenges and opportunities. We will be supporting International Day of Persons with Disabilities and raising awareness within our company.

Race As a network, we aim to create a space for identifying and tackling racial issues. We aim to provide a forum for the open discussion of relevant issues, exploring different perspectives to promote better understanding and raise awareness.​​​​​​​

LGBT Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals form an important part of our diversity. We want to provide support and mentorship for our colleagues, and to ensure that the workplace is a safe place to raise issues that may uniquely affect them.
