We have a growing family of employee inclusion networks who work together to influence and support our efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation.
The Networks are inclusive groups and are open to all employees across Sopra Steria, who either identify with or are allies of the network purpose. Each network has a passionate Executive sponsor who supports the development of the group and champions their agenda at senior levels.
I have always been passionate about helping to engender a thriving, diverse, representative workplace where culture, race and difference of any kind is acknowledged, accepted, encouraged and celebrated.
I am looking forward to working with my fellow Ethnic Diversity Network Co-Chairs, our Network members and all our colleagues throughout the Group, and the other Diversity Networks.
