United Nations Global Compact
United Nations Global Compact Advanced award- Putting us within the top 9% globally for our human rights, labour standards, protection of the environment and anti-corruption.
EcoVadis Achieved Advanced CSR Gold Medal. Ranking us in the global top 1% of companies- Assessed on 21 social, ethical, environmental and supply-chain criteria.​​​​​​​
Edie Awards
Edie Awards Finalist in the UK’s largest Sustainability awards for our sustainable supply chain. This highlighted that our supply chain is more sustainable than our competitors.  
Carbon Disclosure Project
Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) We are ranked within the top 2% of companies globally assessed by CDP, for our fight against climate change and our greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction.

​​​​​​​Out of 7000+ companies, we were 1/150 companies to be on the A-list. 
Science Based Targets initiative
Science Based Target Initiatives (SBTi's) The SBTi has approved our targets for reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.  By 2040 we aim to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions per employee by 85% of their 2015 levels. So far, we have reduced our greenhouse gas emissions per employee by 29% since 2015, and now get 78% of our electricity from renewable sources.

Employee Networks

We are committed to creating and embedding a culture of inclusion, where all our people feel valued, fairly treated, respected and able to do their best work. The networks are a place for employees to raise issues that may affect minority groups as well as providing a platform for employees to support colleagues from them. Women Our women’s network has been running for over two years and currently has over 140 members, UK wide. We have organised events in over 10 sites including workshops, guest speakers and International Women’s Day events.
Race As a network, we aim to create a space for identifying and tackling racial issues. We aim to provide a forum for the open discussion of relevant issues, exploring different perspectives to promote better understanding and raise awareness.​​​​​​​
Disability We support people with disabilities whether they are physical or mental. A platform has been created for people with disabilities to share experiences and good practice, and to examine challenges and opportunities. We will be supporting International Day of Persons with Disabilities and raising awareness within our company.
LGBT Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals form an important part of our diversity. We want to provide support and mentorship for our colleagues, and to ensure that the workplace is a safe place to raise issues that may uniquely affect them.
