Ignite
Aimed at colleagues in the early stages of their career, this 7-month blended development programme helps individuals to understand their potential.
Emerging Leaders
Our 6-month Emerging Leaders programme supports our existing leaders to further enhance their skills through facilitated workshops, training and 1:1 coaching, while expanding their network and understanding what type of leader they wish to be.
Women in Leadership
This programme supports women across our global organisation to develop a wide range of skills, as well as the mindset and confidence to progress their careers into leadership.
Accelerate
An international programme taking place over a 12-month period, Accelerate supports high potential individuals as they learn how to successfully lead Sopra Steria in an evolving environment.

Mentoring
We know that women and black and ethnic minority colleagues are still under-represented in the technology industry and in parts of our organisation. This is something we want to change. Every year, we run structured mentoring programmes for our female, and black and ethnic minority colleagues to support them with their career development.
Career Coaching
Our internal career coaching sessions are confidential. We encourage people to discuss their aspirations, experience and skills, so that we can tailor our support. We offer guidance to find job matches from our range of open vacancies, help with interview preparation, and we offer networking opportunities where possible or relevant.
Learning Hub
There’s something for everyone in our Learning Hub. Bringing all online training together into one place, there are over 10,000 courses available for our colleagues! Every month, up to 100 courses, podcasts, and resources are added or refreshed.
