Our Talent Programmes
Through the support of our talent programmes, we empower our people to shape their careers in line with their ambitions and aspirations. By developing and investing in our employees, we're able to keep growing our talented workforce and provide our clients with diverse knowledge and industry-leading expertise.

These are our structured talent programmes:

IGNITE
Aimed at colleagues in the early stages of their career, this 7-month blended development programme helps individuals to understand their potential. Working on business-critical projects, they step outside their comfort zone to build confidence and resilience.

ELEVATE
Our 6-month leadership development programme helps to stretch and develop every aspect of leadership skills through facilitated workshops, training and 1:1 coaching, while expanding participants' networks and their understanding of what type of leader they wish to be.

This programme supports women across our global organisation to develop a wide range of skills, as well as the mindset and confidence to progress their careers into leadership.

An international programme taking place over a 12-month period, Accelerate supports high potential individuals as they learn how to successfully lead Sopra Steria in an evolving environment.

Mentoring
We know we need people from a broad range of backgrounds, particularly in senior leadership, to be a successful business. Our UK mentoring programmes are designed to provide extra support to our women and colleagues from under-represented ethnicities to grow their careers with us and provide more representation at senior levels.

Career Coaching
Our internal career coaching sessions are confidential. We encourage people to discuss their aspirations, experience and skills, so that we can tailor our support. We offer guidance to find job matches from our range of open vacancies, help with interview preparation, and we offer networking opportunities where possible or relevant.

Learning Hub
There’s something for everyone in our Learning Hub. Bringing all online training together into one place, there are over 10,000 courses available for our colleagues! Every month, up to 100 courses, podcasts, and resources are added or refreshed.
