Recognition

We have an internal recognition scheme called Star Awards. It’s a great way to celebrate peers who have demonstrated the company values over and above their expected role.​

There are different levels of Star Awards (bronze - £25, silver - £50, gold - £100, platinum - £250, and diamond - £500) and there are four categories (our values): Respect, Excellence, Empathy and Community.
Being voucher-based, our people can choose material or experience-based rewards up to the monetary value they were awarded.

Every year, we celebrate the ‘Winners of Winners’. These people are chosen from the recipients of our highest level of Star Awards, who best represent the spirit of each of our values pillars.
